I have rented two bounce houses from Bounce House of Joy and both experiences were very delightful. Mr. Norman is always professional, thorough, and accommodating to our needs. During both events he displayed patience and kindness to everyone in our party. Bounce House of Joy will continue to get out business.

John was awesome! I originally booked for Thanksgiving and he understood when I needed to reschedule due to bad weather, there was no extra charge and then we re-booked it for March! Threw a small birthday party and the kids loved it! He did the whole setup and breakdown! Will be booking again!! Thank you Bounce House of Joy for bringing affordable fun backyard play back into our lives.

Bounce House of Joy LLC was excellent!! I would rate them a 10 out of 10!! There team came to set it up, cleaned it and had it up and running for the kids in no time. Mr. Norman, showed up to set up,and take down, when he said he would, the bounce house was clean and did not smell, "we have had bad experence in the past with a different company", He made sure it was clean in and out before he allowed anyone in it. Bounce House Of Joy is our familys go-to party rental service from now on. Thank You Mr. Norman.

We recently utilized Bounce House of Joy for last minute accommodations and Mr. John was absolutely wonderful! He was very professional, arrived on time, setup and disinfected the bounce house, popcorn machine, and snow cone machine and provided tutorials on operating all items. We highly recommend Mr. John and his services. We are certain you will not be disappointed.

Mr. John was very professional in person and on the phone. My appointment for delivery was for set up was 11:00pm he called and ask if he could come earlier. Coming earlier was perfect; it didn’t take him no time to set up. I would recommend him to everyone. If I had any questions about anything he always answered when I call!!!! I was looking at getting my son a bounce house last minute due to weather and when I realized it was going to be a nice day, John was super accommodating to a last minute request. Found John and the company on google. Booked online and communication was excellent. John reached out a few days before our scheduled party as it was supposed to rain. We were able to easily shift to the following weekend. Prices very reasonable. Also rented three tables and 20 chairs. John showed up early and setup the bounce house then returned at our end time to take it down. Highly recommend!

Our church had a community event this past weekend in Chesapeake. We hired Bounce House of Joy to make our event festive. They were simply amazing! The owner was friendly and accommodating. His expertise and patience was second to none. The equipment was clean and in great working condition. We loved their service. We plan to be a regular customer!

Mr. John and the crew at Bounce House of Joy was AMAZING!
